CNC Double Column Vertical Lathe
Features:
1. General layout of this machine is gantry frame thermal symmetry structure and left column & right one and connecting beam form gantry structure calculated by finite element to make key parts and the whole machine have features of high strength, high rigidity and high vibration absorption.
2. Crossrail moves on the left and right column guideway driven by AC motor with two extended axle to make cross rail move up and down via the transmission of left and right crossrail elevating boxes and nut screw. Two railheads are mounted on the crossrail and left CNC tool head is driven by SIEMENS AC servo motor and right universal tool head is driven by domestic AC servo motor. Main transmission is DC 2 shift and table has spindle encoder. CNC system is SIEMENS 828D.
3. It is suitable for machining ferrous metal, non-ferrous metal and part non-metal material with high-speed steel and hard alloy tool.
4. It can realize the following operations: finely and roughly internal and external cylindrical turning and tapering, flat surfacing, threading as well as slotting.
5. The machine adopts module design and finite element andlysis with simple structure and strong reliability.
6. All the key parts of machine is analyed and calculated by finite element with reasonable structure and realize high rigidity,high stability and strong cutting force.
7. Table adopts constant current hydrostatic with simple structure and large loading capacity.
